Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your item please contact me via the Contacts Page

and I will happily resolve the issue with you. I wish for all my customers to be happy with their items.

I aim to respond within 1 working day.


If an item is unwanted I will happily refund the item, if returned within 28 days of purchase.

A refund will be given if item it returned to me in the condition it was sold in.

Buyer is responsible for return postage fees, please keep a copy of the proof of postage.

With intimate items such as earrings I will not re-sell them due to hygiene risks, so please be thoughtful when purchasing. I will refund them if you are unsatisfied with them.

However, as mentioned they will have to be wasted. 

Faulty goods:

In the event that an item arrives damaged or faulty please contact me within 28 days of purchase via the contact page and I will be happy to resolve the issue either by refund, exchange or replacing the item.


I will gladly exchange items (apart from intimate items such as earrings) within 28 days of purchase.
