I may collect the following information:

  • Delivery and billing address

  • Item purchased, value and method of payment.

The information is solely used and required for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Details are also collected through enquiries, telephone calls, emails and quotes.

I require this information to complete your order and to provide better customer service, in particular for the following reasons:

  • Contacting you regarding your order

  • To discuss a problem with your order if needed

  • Sending 'order received' or 'item dispatched' notification emails

  • Posting your order to you

  • I currently do not have a newsletter service, but if I do in the future I will only contact you if you have consented to receiving such information via this site.

How is information collected?

When you conduct a transaction on my website, as part of the process, I collect personal information you give us such as your name, address, phone number and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

  • Your information is only shared with trusted third parties when necessary for the completion of your order. We engage certain trusted third parties to provide a service, such as delivery companies (Royal Mail), e-commerce platforms and trusted payment processors, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

  • Corinne Evans Jewellery is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows me to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.   • Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your personal data is protected by Stripe's Privacy Policy, which you can read here 

  • If you pay for your order using Paypal, your personal information is protected by Paypal's Privacy Policy - which you can read here

  • I collect, use, retain, and share your information if we have a good faith belief that is reasonably necessary to: a) respond to legal process or to government requests; b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or other.

It is important to me that that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access, I have put in place suitable physical and electronic procedures to safeguard and secure the information I collect online and at my events.

My website contains links to other websites and social media pages. Once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Data Retention

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. 

I am legally obligated to hold any data relating to orders for a minimum of seven years for HMRC.
