My online shop is open for business (UK and International) 

All orders are sent via 24hr Royal Mail Tracked services. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking reference on dispatch. 

I will post all orders between 3-7 working days, but the length of time delivery takes may be delayed slightly.

Jewellery will be sent in large letter sized parcels.

This is to reduce the amount of contact for both you, the postal worker and myself.

If you live in BS3 Bristol, I may hand post your item (if I am able to do this I will refund any postage paid).

Please note - Due to the ongoing pandemic there are major postal disturbances. 

I will post all orders between 3-7 working days, but the length of time delivery takes may be delayed.

Most orders are arriving the next day, however some are taking a little while longer.

Covid-19 Update - 01/04/2020

My online shop is open for business (UK orders only) 

I have reduced my packaging to large letter size,

I have also temporarily stopped using signed for services.

Before packaging all items I thoroughly wash my hands, also all jewellery is washed prior to packaging.

Covid-19 Update - 25/03/2020

My online shop is open and I am happily accepting orders.

Thank you for visiting and for your support during this difficult time. 

At this point the Post Office remains open, but to limit my interaction with others I shall be using a mixture of couriers and parcel post boxes.

Because of the current global situation I am no longer accepting orders from outside the UK 

 

I still aim to dispatch within 3-5 working days, however in this uncertain time delivery may take slightly longer.

 

For the foreseeable future my monthly markets will not be going ahead.
